These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on this website (or distance selling) only; they do not apply to purchases made in any other way. Your contract will be with Wendy Spivey-Shelley. In these Terms and Conditions (Terms), “we”,” us”, and “our” shall be interpreted as referring to Wendy Shelley Studios. Please read these terms carefully and understand them before ordering any painting from our site. Please note that you will be asked to agree to these Terms before placing an order. If you refuse to accept these terms, you cannot order any commission paintings from our site.
You should print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference.
We amend these Terms from time to time, so stay updated. Every time you wish to order Products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on 13 February 2024. In these Terms, we refer to “in writing”, which will include e-mail. These Terms, and any contract between us are only in English.

Except in the case where goods are not received according to what was instructed (and then only under the appropriate terms and conditions), please keep in mind that returns will not be accepted from outside the USA for any reason you have to be under service area to streamline the process.
Before providing payment options, please give the necessary customised query for the specific art you desire to purchase.
The contract should be between you and us; no other party is responsible for interfering in changing the terms. You may only transfer the rights of the purchase to the other person if it is documented.
Artist reserves the common-law copyright to all commissioned works the artist creates, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. The patron may reproduce no work without the prior written approval of the artist.
